Secure Access Code lockout
A Secure Access Code (SAC) is a code used to help verify your identity when logging in from a new or unrecognized device.
If you request a SAC and fail to validate it 5 times within 2 hours, you will be locked out from receiving new SACs for 2 hours. Any new SAC requests during this time will fail, and you may see an error message suggesting you try again later. If this happens, we recommend waiting 24 hours before trying again.
If you continue having trouble, please contact Magnifi Financial for support.
If your Secure Access Code is sent to the wrong phone numberIf your phone number or contact information needs to be updated, please contact Magnifi Financial for support. Our team can help update your information after verifying you.

We will NEVER contact you by phone, email, or through social media channels to solicit confidential, personal, and/or account information. If you receive a message or call asking for this information, do not share it. Contact Magnifi Financial directly for help.
Disabled after 180 days of inactivity
If you do not log in to Digital Banking for 180 days, your login will be disabled for security reasons.

Frequently asked questions
I have never enrolled in Digital Banking. What should I do?
If you have never enrolled in Digital Banking, visit the Digital Banking Enrollment page to get started.
Is my online banking login the same as my mobile app login?
Yes. Online banking on desktop and the Magnifi mobile app use one login. If you update your password in one place, it will update across your devices.
Why do I only see a User ID field when logging in?
Digital Banking uses a two-step login process. First, enter your User ID. The next screen will ask for your password.
Will I always need a Secure Access Code?
You may need a Secure Access Code when logging in from a new or unrecognized device. The code is not the same every time and is only valid for a limited time.
What should I do if my Secure Access Code does not work?
Check that you entered the code correctly and that it has not expired. If you enter the code incorrectly too many times, you may be temporarily locked out from receiving new SACs. If you need help, contact Magnifi Financial.
What if I cannot access the phone number used for my Secure Access Code?
Please contact Magnifi Financial for support. Our team can help update your information after verifying you.
